The Gratitude Gauge Process
The Gratitude Gauge is a powerful diagnostic tool provided exclusively to organizations that have engaged Kevin D. Monroe and X Factor Consulting for coaching and consulting services. This assessment is designed to give us a comprehensive understanding of your organization's current gratitude and appreciation practices, forming the foundation for our work together.
Here's what you can expect:
Participant Selection: We will work with your leadership team to identify key stakeholders across various levels and departments of your organization to participate in The Gratitude Gauge™. This ensures we get a representative sample of perspectives.
Survey Distribution: Selected participants will receive a secure link to complete The Gratitude Gauge™ online.
Survey Structure: The Gratitude Gauge™ consists of:
Seven multiple-choice questions using a 5-point scale
Seven open-ended questions for more detailed insights
Time Commitment: We estimate it will take between 15-30 minutes to complete the survey, depending on the depth of responses to open-ended questions.
Confidentiality: All responses are confidential and will only be used in aggregate results. Individual comments or insights may be shared, but will not be attributed without express written permission.
