When you see your life as a gift, your whole life, the good, the bad, the ugly and all the crap that goes with it, there is only one appropriate response: gratitude. Nothing ignites gratitude within a leader more powerfully than seeing one’s whole life as a gift. When you see your life as a gift, you lead from a place where you know that you have more than enough of what you need, and it profoundly reorients you from surviving to thriving.*
Record what you're grateful for on a scrap of paper, in the notes app on your phone, or in your favorite journal. You don't need to share your responses to each prompt publicly, we just ask that you find an easy place to capture them every day.

The process begins with a simple choice to believe that you are worthy and have much to be grateful for, which opens the door to abundance. This prepares you to start looking for the good in your life and this alone will reorient your mindset

How to take the challenge
Whether you are just starting your gratitude practice or have found yourself in a bit of a rut, use these daily prompts to get you thinking in new ways about your life and all that you have to be grateful for.
Sometimes we find that, in general, our life is full of abundance and good things. But there might be one area that feels like a perpetual struggle: our job or our finances, perhaps.
If this is the case, we encourage you to use these ten days to focus in on this one area and use each prompt to reframe your situation.
A gratitude practice can also be an incredibly effective way to turn a challenging relationship around. If there's a relationship in your life that is a source of consternation, we encourage you to use these ten days to hold that person as the focus of your gratitude.
